  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 05:30 PM (Central Time – CST/CDT) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Transit & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (within USA): 3–5 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (processing + transit).

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

  • Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly displayed on our website.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to expand in the future.

Tracking & Notifications

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details during checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, returns, or extra shipping costs.
  • If you spot an error after placing an order, contact us immediately — we can update it only if the order hasn’t been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we will review the case and may request additional details.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
